It’s very easy to overpack for your first delivery because you feel like you might forget something. I carried a lot of extra things and didn’t use most of them. Keep your hospital bag simple and pack only what you truly need. The lighter your bag is, the easier everything feels when you’re already tired and overwhelmed.
