Outdoor Time

Outdoor time has always been an important part of our daughter's routine. We started taking her outside from around 4 months of age, usually for short walks or to spend some time outdoors. As she grew older, these outings became a regular part of our day.

Once she was around 15 months old, we started visiting a nearby park regularly, usually about five times a week. The park had swings, slides, and plenty of space for children to play. She absolutely loved it and would often ask for the "park" or the "swing" throughout the day. It gave her the opportunity to move freely, explore her surroundings, and interact with other children.

We also made outdoor time a part of family life through walks, visits to relatives, trips to the beach, and family travel. These experiences allowed her to see new places, meet different people, and experience the world beyond home. Even today, outdoor time remains one of her favorite parts of the day.

About Mamalogue

Mamalogue is a personal blog created from my own pregnancy and early motherhood journey, shaped by the routines I followed, the research I did, and the lessons I learned as a first-time mom. It’s a calm, honest space where I share real experiences, simple tips, baby nutrition ideas, and product suggestions, with the hope of helping other mothers feel supported. Everything here is based on what worked for me and is shared as personal experience, not medical advice, in a soft, minimal style that reflects the peaceful side of motherhood.
